Job Title: Loan Closer (No Positions Available)

Full service mortgage banker located in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking an experienced loan closer to join our team. We offer an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly environment for a fast growing company. The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-3 years experience closing conventional and government loans and will possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Position requirements:

  • Candidate must possess excellent internal / external customer service and will be the liaison between all parties to promote a trouble free closing experience.
  • Proactive contact to respective parties (ie: borrowers and closing agents) to coordinate and schedule closings in addition to requesting necessary documentation in order to meet closing dates.
  • Review approved mortgage loans to determine prior to closing conditions have been met.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents (ie: title abstract and insurance forms).
  • Ensure state and federal regulations have been met in addition to procedures according to company policy.
  • Prepare closing packages from start to finish according to investor requirements with a strong focus on system accuracy.

Job Title: Secondary Marketing Coordinator (No Positions Available)

Full service mortgage banker located in Shrewsbury, NJ is seeking a secondary marketing coordinator, experienced preferred. We offer an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly environment for a fast growing company.

Position requirements:

  • 2 years experience and a college degree preferably in finance and/or accounting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and knowledge of Excel.
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi task, and maintain production standards.

Secondary duties include:

  • Knowledge of basic mortgage terminology.
  • Familiar with secondary market investor loan programs.
  • Knowledge of investor loan pricing.

Job Title: Underwriter (No Positions Available)

Underwriting duties include:

  • Proficiency in DU and LP.
  • FHA/VA/EXPANDED CRITERIA experience reviewing and evaluating all aspects of the credit, income and appraisal file to determine compliance with secondary market investors.
  • Counter offering on other available products and helping retail and wholesale structured loans to fit products.
Underwriter must be detailed oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize, multi task, maintain production standards and provide excellent customer service.

Job requirements:

High school diploma and at least 3-5 years recent underwriting experience.

Job Title: Processor (No Positions Available)

Processor duties include:

  • Run loans through AUS.
  • Submit loan to underwriting department
  • Collect, follow up, and review required mortgage application documentation per guidelines of program and conditions of approval.
  • Facilitate loan through to pre-closing.
  • Maintain and manage pipeline according to closing date.
  • Maintain communication with wholesale broker and borrower.
  • Some underwriting based on experience.
Processor must be detailed oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize, multi task, maintain production standards and provide excellent customer service.

Job requirements:

High school diploma and at least 3-5 years recent processing experience.
